Cloud based asset viewing & interaction platform

The v2track Viewer is web based and is hosted in the cloud. There is no software to download and no updates are required. Every time you log in you will be using the latest version. There are desktop and mobile friendly versions.

Monitor all of your assets in real-time using v2track Viewer. This includes assets that are not manufactured by v2track – Flightcell DZMx, RockAIR, RockFLEET, Garmin, Trotter DataVault, and more.

A permanent history of every trip/session is retained so it can be reviewed at a later time, if required.

Flight Following Alerts

These flight following alerts are customisable:

Proximity: E.G. An aircraft appears to have landed (ie speed less than 10kts)
more than 1.5 miles from a known helipad or airstrip.
Non Reporting: E.G. A device hasn’t been heard from for more than 10 mins and
the last position indicated that it was moving.

Messaging

2-way messages are sent to and from tracking devices via Bluetooth® connections to smart devices, or via a connected LCD screen with preset messages. Messages are also sent from the v2track Viewer web portal to tracking devices or mobile phones. Device initiated messages can be sent to emails, mobiles, other v2track devices, and displayed to users logged into the v2track View web portal.

Electronic Flight Bag (EFB)

The v2track hybrid Sat/Cell GPS tracking system provides a wide range features that are used in conjunction with the tracking hardware. The system has been designed with ultimate flexibility to suit particular customer requirements.

3D Tracking

True 3D tracking is something you need to experience! v2track has the only tracking view that is a spatial representation of an asset that covers all dimensions. Watch the entire flight from start to finish and view it from a spatial awareness that has never been seen before in this industry.

The high rate data coming from a v2track Hybrid Cellular/Satellite unit provides the perfect dataset for our 3D export to Google Earth™ or Microsoft Flight Simulator X. High rate data is stored on the v2track device while outside of cellular coverage and transmitting on satellite. When the device gets back in cellular range it will transmit the stored data so that you always have a complete detailed trip record, no matter where you fly.

History, Playback and Reports

Daily History, Playback and Reports

The v2track website provides an extensive daily history allowing you to drill down into each trip and see the data in each position. You can plot or play-back a previous trip, view its vertical profile, or export it to Google Earth in a KML file. Get a summary of information based on a period in time, ie weekly/monthly trip reports. Reports can be customised upon request.

Windy

Windy Integration

‘Windy’ weather integration is an optional Premium Add-on. Subscribe to Windy and overlay this interactive on the Viewer platform.

Windy tools include: Satellite, Wind, Rain, Thunder, Temperature, Clouds, Waves, Air Quality, and pressure. This Information adds to radar, fire hotspots and other information sources already available inside v2track Viewer. Get a clear picture of how the weather is affecting your air, land, and sea assets.

Scheduling

The scheduling module is fully integrated into v2track viewer. Manage a basic schedule for assets side-by-side with tracking.

Booking details that are loaded into the schedule are fed into the flight details, as they occur. A common application would be setting a pilot/driver/operator name and route of the flight/trip/voyage. If you load these details into the v2track Schedule booking in advance of a trip, when the aircraft takes off, ship sails out, or vehicle starts up, the v2track platform will apply these details to the trip, increasing the available detail in the trip history and reports. The route is used to plot and calculate ETA’s. Users select between a range of horizontal and vertical layouts to suit the size of the fleet.

Integration with an Existing System
If you have another scheduling system for your business v2track Schedule doesn’t need to replace it, instead, it works alongside it. In many cases these systems have API’s or they have the ability to push data to the v2track system and are imported in real-time. Experience a more detailed level of meta data and reduce manual data entry for users.

As with any feature in v2track, Scheduling will continue to grow and develop as we respond to your needs and feedback.

Status Board

This feature lets you see important information about your assets in the one place. The Status Board is fully customisable.

There are well over 100 standard columns that can be displayed in a grid format, and any number of custom notes fields, operator attributes or asset attributes. Each row or cell in the board can be styled using customisable rules. Updating the asset alias in the status board will also update the name of the asset in the main map page, giving you the flexibility to temporarily rename an asset locally.

Below is a selection of columns that can be displayed:

Asset status (active/inactive) with the direction the asset is currently travelling.
The geocoded location of the asset.
When the asset was last active.
The currently set destination and next waypoint for an asset, plus ETA and EET to the destination and next waypoint.
AFDAU data including number of fills and drops, and fill and drop quantities for this trip/day/week/month, as well as the current product onboard as reported by the AFDAU unit.
All tracking information reported by the tracker, including speed, GPS altitude, direction and rate of climb/descent.
Gyroscope readings reported by the tracker.
